Heavens Best Carpet Cleaning was awesome on so many levels. I called and Dan was super helpful and responsive to my needs in getting our carpets cleaned ASAP, next day as a matter of fact because i was hosting a party that coming weekend. Martin showed up right on time, 8am, and was honest, enthusiastic, very friendly and blew me away with how great our carpets came out! I love that the solution they use is organic, it doesn’t smell and the best part is the carpets dry in a few hours. We are pet owners and have a lot of history on this flooring and the efforts made and results are priceless. I would highly recommend Heavens Best for carpet cleaning. Very friendly. Dan is the first person to answer my request for a quote! He responded within minutes! Our technician Martin is absolutely the best there is, he was very informative regarding carpet care. He moved our furniture and vacuumed underneath it!!! Who does that anymore! He was kind and he cleaned up our wood floor after he was done even though there was not a mess!!! He took the extra effort to make everything perfect!!! Do not pass this company up, call them, you will not be sorry. I will only use them from now on!!!

I just used them for the first time and I’m very pleased. The carpet in my listing had several bad stains and the technician that came out was concerned that they may not come out. He made a great effort and got them all out! Additionally I asked them to come out with very short notice and they managed to squeeze me in at the end of their day. Have four kids and new puppy. Needed carpets cleaned desperately. Sent a text at night not expecting a response till morning, within minutes Dan responded. Within minutes I was booked and on my way. They were polite, clean, respectful and on time. Can’t even see the clean mark from the couch. They were awesome!
